Why I have difficulty in uploading music in my page ?

I have tried many times to upload musics in my page, even once with a song that contains only 3MB, it took so long in process but then ended up with : error !

I really want to share some beautiful songs with other member who visiting my page

pls help and advise ? THANKS in advance for that

Hello Aprin,

I have tested mine and it seems to work just great for me. You might want to contact Ning Support and Help directly to see what they have to say as they are the ones that support the software and whole platform.

Wayne I tried to upload my music from Itunes and it worked but it won't play, is that because they are mp4? is there a way to convert the mp4 to a mp3 in order to play in my music? thanks, Annmarie

Hello Annmarie,

By the Ning FAQs on music, you are only permitted MP3 files for music.
If you wish to convert MP4 to MP3, do a search on the net ans there are many free converts, some trial ones and many to purchase.
