I Received $55,000 last month, thank you!

Okay, this is the third time I have posted this because I keep posting in the wrong spot, I am trying to post on the Secret Forum. First I posted on the old Secret Forum. Then I followed the link and posted on what I thought was the new Secret Forum, but I have no idea where it was where I made the second post...the Secret Group? SO I am trying again! This site is kind of confusing. Here goes:

Okay, Last time I posted, about six months ago or so, I reported that I received $11,000 and some change after I wrote out a check to myself from the Bank of the Universe for $10k. I needed it to pay my crazy hospital bills which I could nto afford at the time after an emergency C-section and no health insurance. I had just read the Secret.

I am back to report more freaking AMAZING news. I love the Secret. It really works and I becoming more and more powerful.

I wrote another check for $50k. I am working my way up to a million. Last month I received $55k. Okay, for me $55k is HUGE. I paid off all my credit cards and I can actually buy clothes for myself and have some fun!

I have been a work from home person for a while with a small website which kept me afloat. But it had not been doing well and I had been super struggling with it. I made just enough to pay bills and barely get by. But I knew I could do more with the Secret. On a total whim I put my small website up for auction. It sold in the first ten minutes for the full buy it now price of $55k. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. But, actually, I could, because I envisioned it every day. I got the money last month through escrow.

Now I am working on a new site, and I cut yet another check from the Bank of the Universe for $1 million. I will write back in a while when I get it.

To the people have difficulties, let this story help you. Let it show you that it really does work. If I can do it, a stay at home mom, you can do. Don't give up, expect it and it will happen.

I made this post because I see so many people on this board asking for help, which is great, but not many who come back to say THANK YOU, it worked. More people need to do that.

Also, I would like to share one of my "Secret" tricks. I had read a book recently called "The Ultimate Gift". This is a make you feel good motivational story which discusses lessons of life. One lesson is all about being thankful. It this book one character describes how he maintains being thankful. I use it every day now. Before I get out of bed each morning take a few minutes to be thankful. I envision a golden tablet. I wait until I can see it very clearly. Then, I inscribe ten things onto the tablet for which I am thankful for that morning. This small little daily task helps tremendously. It gives you power, it really does. It helps to turn what you ask for into reality, it just gives your requests that much more power. And, it makes you feel great because you focus on the positive parts of your life for which you really are thankful!

WOW REBECCA!!!! What a great story!!! I do have one question. Did u happen to date the check? How much time passed from the day u wrote out ur check to the day u received the money? U're amazing!!!

I did date the check. I dated it for January 15th, 2008. And I did not get it then. I actually received the money April 5th, 2008. So it took almost three months. I wrote it out right at the beginning of Jan. So even though I did not receive it by Jan 15th, I took the check and taped it to the wall in my home office where I could see it every single day.

I now have my million dollar check taped to the wall right in front of me. I dated it for 6/1/08. I don't think I am being greedy. A million would afford me a real home. That is something I want for my son. Right now I rent a dilapidated house and it really stinks. But at least I have a home and food in the fridge.

Maybe your 1 looked like a 4 (1/15 or 4/5). LOL! That's amazing! I have to try that check writing exercise. I visualized that I would win the lottery when the jackpot would hit $85 million. It did, and I won $10!!! LOL!!! I know! Nowhere near what I wanted, but I won!

You won $10 million? HOLY COW! That is truly amazing! I keep imaging all of the wonderful things I will do with my million when I receive it. Buy a home, have a college fund for my son and travel! I will go everywhere and see everything. That is my true passion. Wow, congrats! That is a wild story. Thanks for the Mother's Day wish! I had a great day with my mom and my son yesterday. I was so happy that I was able to take her out and buy her gifts! :-)

Oh Lord, I so read that wrong. Okay, $10 is a start. Write yourself a check, stick it on the wall or fridge and read it every day telling yourself that you already have the money, it is yours and you can't wait to spend it!

What was your technique? Did you try to put as many good feelings in that request as you could? (beeing thankful, good memories and so on)

I love the golden tablet idea too. I think it will help me focus more and get into the feeling of being thankful...........rather than just rattling off a list.
