I need some help
Last night my boyfriend was involved in a hit and run on his motorcycle. He is pretty banged up... lots of burns and big gashes. I am trying very hard to look at the bright side of things... but I can't seem to find any light. I am very grateful that he is alive... all of the bystanders said he should have died... God just writing that sends chills down my spine. I guess I just need to hear some words of encouragement... I know that sounds needy... but I don't have anybody out here... just him. How can I turn this situation into a positive one?

I know it's very scarey for you and I know how you feel. A friend of mine was in a horrific car crash this week. The car was ripped into 3 pieces 4 of the 5 guys survived. One of their very best friends did not survive.
It's perfectly o.k. to ask for help and encouragement at this diffiult time. I stand with you in in thanking the Universe that your boyfriend has survived and of course we will expect a full recovery for him.
My thoughts and prayers are with you my dear.
Stay strong for him and you WILL get through this.

I know this sounds strange, I've never been trough what you've been, but I'm trying to help, ok? So bare with me, please.
Really try to be positive. Be grateful for the second chance you've been given. He will be perfectly fine. He could have died, but he did not. Now you still have the opportunity to fulfill your dreams together, love, and laugh, and appreciate the good things in life even more! If you overcome this together, you'll come out of this as a much stronger couple, and individual, you can take on the world, I'm sure :)

Hi Courtney.....
I was hit and wiped out by a car on the freeway while innocently riding my motorcycle....this was several years ago...I was skinned and scalped with broken bones etc...Easily could have been killed, but miraculously survived...It took a few years to fully heal, but now I have more gratefulness for being alive, and appreciate every day as bonus time to be here on Earth....I am sure your boyfriend will have an even greater appreciation for being alive, and will heal nicely.

This is a huge thing to happen, to have the threat of losing someone. BUT WOW, the hand of the universe was there to lift him and we can all rejoice in that. This has all happened for a reason and you know it!! After all this is over you will both look back with a knowing that there is huge things in the universe and not just what we see. This will bring a knowing as a reward for your faith!! All things that happen like this normally happen to show you the higher purpose!!!
Angels and guides saved your loved one and that is a miracle.... and your both safe, and loved, and now your both very very blessed!!

One is never alone, if you can see the hands (here) that are stretched out to support you.
I add my hands to them and invite you to contact me if you should need a one on one support. Having gone through my own recovery (now ongoing for 22 years) I can well relate to you.

I feel so grateful that your boyfriend is recovering. By following your heart and posting here, you truly release your sorrow and turned it into strength given to you by the people who posted here and gave you their support.
