I think you just add the coding to any spot of your site you can edit????

I know I have posted HTML and it came out right, so just play with it and see what happens!

AnneMarie, has any of these suggestions helped you with this? I am wanting to place my own Header or large font title to my page in the empty space at the top, as I have seen others do this, or have this on their page. I also found the badges and widgets page here, but there are no inctructions for using them. I saw a video player, which I need, a photo album, which I need since my photos are just showing up right down the middle of my page and large also, as I am not understanding how to get my photos into this album or slideshow I guess I should be calling it. Thanks to anyone who can offer a step by step process for getting this thing set up right! Jeff

Hi Jeff, for the header you can place the mouse arrow over the top of the page where the header is and it will open it up once you click on it and you can write what you want on the header. I still can't figure out how to add a banner, it won't recognize the code. I'm stumped about your album, that's weird how it displayed your pictures. I'll try to research that a little more for you. I think I got the album all worked out now, but when you imbed codes here, it is very hard to tell where one code ends and another begins, if you want to change things around or eliminate something or whatnot. We'll get it, sure enough! I am working right now on a Photo Movie with my printer/scanner software. I have all my videos lined up down my page also and threre are plenty more I want to add, so I will need to know how to set the videos up like some of the other members, where the videos show up as thumbnails sort of, and then your visitors can click on which video they want to view. I also need to find out how to get a music player on my page also. Thanks for sharing your thoughts Annmarie! Jeff

Hey Everyone,

You can place and image etc in a post by simply clicking on the image symbol in the editor as you wrtite a reply or start a new discussion. The image will have to be uploaded from your desktop computer.

For a banner to be added to your main page, you will have to go into your theme area and where it has the image button click on it. You then add the image from your desktop.
The image for a header banner must be 955 pixels wide to use the full effect of the header. Depending on the theme you have choosen, the height of a banner may vary.

Wayne, is there a special editor or other such program needed to cut the pixles down if needed to get to the 955 wide format? Is there something within the normal windows programs that this can be achieved with? This laptop is new and I don't have a whole lot loaded onto it yet. I don't even know what all I can do with this thing yet! LOL
But I am thinking that not many pictures are going to come in that exact size.

Hey Jeff,
There is a nifty little program called Irfanview that you can edit photo with and best of all it is a free download and simple to use.

I personally use Photoshop and I fill in the extra pixel width with a color that matches my theme appearance.

Wayne, sorry to bother you again, but was wondering if we can somehow change the font size in the Blogs and Comments sections of our pages? It is very small and I don't see any choices available for larger sizes.

While doing the set-up for the Irfanview software, was not sure which checkboxes to check off for associations, any thoughts? Was not sure what, if anything, was needed there.
