AffOrmations? Anybody had success with this?

Afformations are the opposite of Affirmations. Afformations are questions to ask ourselves instead of using statements in affirmations.

Asking yourself like: Why is it so easy for me to attract so much money into my life?
Why is it so easy for me to completely love and accept myself?
Why am I always successful in everything I do?

It is natural for your brain to search answers to the questions that you give yourself. These questions also imply that you already have the things that you like. On the other hand, affirmations saying things like: "I am rich" It is hard for you to believe this and you have that tiny voice in the back of your mind saying. "No you're not."

If you ask positive questions not negative ones, you are asking your brains to search for answers and make the questions reality. It is like saying that you already are or have the question you are asking.


So anybody had any experience with Afformations? How long did it take in order to become succesful?

Hey Freya, I heard about afformations a while ago and I really loved the idea - hoping to see what people think on here?

It makes sense as usually if I'm going through something I don't like I'm constantly asking 'why did this happen?' especially when using law of attraction you can be baffled when things go off. Makes sense to turn it around and ask 'why am I so rich?' etc

Yeah I have been using this for a day now and I say, it really made me believe that I already am what I am asking. It also feels so good to me and it feels so natural and real. I really am having fun with this. I want to know if there are lots of success using this method.

Hey guys, with afirmations you repeat many time like "i'm confident, i'm confident, i'm confident..."

Afformations are the same way?

Like "why i'm so confident, why i'm so confident, why i'm so confident"

I mean the process is the same affimation, with repetition over and over times?

What do you mean it hasnt worked. you are loved by the people here. I love you. You know why? Because there isonly One of Us. It is how we perceive things.

Let me explain something very simple about Love. This is scientific stuff. Pr oven experiments. Not based on subjective thinking. Very objective, in other words.

It is, in reality, the Law of Love, which means that Love permeates through and through everything and everyone even if they don't believe it as you claim. You simply cannot get away from Love. If you did you would be so sick and frail and about to blow away physically.

Oh I just realised that all day yesterday I was saying 'why am I so rich' and today I attracted a lot of money I was surprised to get!
Definitely feels better to ask questions like this.

Try to slow your breathing down and close your eyes first then say the afformation as you pass into the Alpha brainwave from Beta brainwave.

I tried your Afformations in my NAPs (Night Audio Programs) and just like Affirmations, they didn't seem to have an impact.

Here's a simple question for you.

Have you noticed that affirmations (or afformations) on health work much better and faster than those on finance?

We are a few on my forum testing all kinds of techniques and it looks like health issues are fixed within a few days but financial ones take weeks if not months for most people.

Hi Merlin,

I am someone who has had wonderful success with restoring my health and have failed to gain money riches. But I am beginning to see that it is only because I am failing to see what 'riches' are. The natural world is rich and abundant and when we ask for natural things they come easily. But most of us associate 'money' with riches and that is what we are asking for. But 'money' at the moment has no real foundation, the value of the paper money has collapsed, it is in fact 'debt' in most of the world currencies now. So if we ask for 'money' we get debt. But when we ask for 'abundance' and when we recognise what we mean my abundance and more especially if we can just take money out of the equation and clearly see all the things nad services we want ...we can then ask for them and they seem to come more easily.

My example is that I have no income because I am a lone mother, but I really wanted to go on holidays last summer. I was fixated on 'getting the money' for a holiday but it didnt come. Then I concentrated on 'the holiday' ...and an amazing opportunity came to me, my family wanted me to take my mother who is invalided on holiday and were prepared to pay for me and the kids to go with her as carers. I accepted. And then the universe worked even more miracles. My mother couldnt come and the place opened up for me to take another lone parents son with us for 'free'. So I was delighted, I had a holiday and no responsibilities of care for my mother AND I was able to offer a free holiday to another child whose mom was in a similar financial state ....and we had a great time !

We all love money because it has served us well in the past as a convenient means of exchange, but at the moment it is 'valueless'. Now Gold or silver still have 'value' and are set to even have more value as the paper money declines. So it is time for us to start thinking of 'riches' in the same way we think of health as a fun, happy, healthy abundance of joy and think of the things we want rather than the money to buy them. Things may change again and money may return to having 'true value' but I just feel that now is not the moment !
