Well my city is celebrating it's 15th year running the Welland Food Festival. It runs Oct. 3, 4, 5.
It has tons of different foods and wines being wine country here as well. They have vendors of all sorts and buskers last year too.
Also neighbouring Port Colborne a beautiful city on Lake Erie has their annual Canal Days. I love going to that as well bc. you get to go on a tall ship for a price and book those tickets early they fly. they have music, vendors, buskers a real carnival atmosphere and nightly bands. I usually plan which day I go depending on which band i want to see at night. Aug. 1-4. this year.
