I am shrinking! I know you're not supposed to measure yourself frequently but my mom insisted on measuring me for some reason and I've shrunk a whole inch!
Just an inch and a half more and I'm at my goal height :] :] :]

- That's what I do, Hjelmi. I take it one inch at a time. I kept telling people I was 5'5 and boom! I'm 5'5 now. Now I say I'm 5'6. Pretty soon, I'll be at 5'9!!!

This explains exactly how the "placebo effect" works. It's just the power of belief! You TELL your body what to do. The body does not dictate what it's going to do, the MIND does. It's as simple as when you want to eat something, the mind tells the hand to pick up the fork and put the food in your mouth. Same thing, You are now a size 10, and want to be size 4? Simple! You TELL your body that it is a size 4 over and over, until you have literally programmed it to believe this, and massive changes start to occur on a cellular level. this is how people are cured of cancer every single day! It's simple faith. Very simple, yet very powerful.
