Andrea that is such a vivid description that reading it automatically made me all fizzy! What a vibration raiser. Words and expressions do that for me.
Oh, Carole is now high tech!! The participants of the Live Intensified Prosperity Workshop Teleclass all have the ability to download the teleclasses straight to their pc or mp3 player! SWEET! I just finished downloading our first Teleclass to my external hard drive and later I will sync it to my Zune (mp3 player).

- This is so true Andrea - in the past I've got upset and cross with myself when I'm having a 'low' - but now I just notice my energy is a bit low, and I raise it. Some weeks that means I spend my time raising myself to ok, some weeks I'm just naturally fizzing. Over time my 'default' level is getting higher and higher and soon it will be more natural to fizz than to not! Going easy on ourselves helps speed up the process. Thanks Andrea for focusing my attention on this today (when my energy is ebbing!) x
