Makes sense Toni - I like it both ways - I really love Ileakala whom represents the ho'oponopono way in HI. His take is not a negative at all. It covers everything in life and works very well.
My sales team has a 2 year collection of stories about using ho'oponopono on the simplest things from avoiding hearing someone snoring all the way to stopping a fight on the beach.
Good job connecting to Power - that's what it's all about.

Hi Patricia -- I know that I've left off the "I'm Sorry" and "Please Forgive Me" part of Ho'Oponopono. It's a deliberate choice, because while the first half raises my vibration, the second half doesn't. It feels false to me when I don't think I have anything to apologize for, or I'll start feeling like I should apologize for something, so I start looking for things to apologize for. Does that make sense?
Anyway, I posted this because I was faced with a potential situtation waiting for me at home that could have blown up in my face. I connected to the Power by saying this on the drive home. It felt really, really good, and I didn't have to identify what I wanted or needed. My Beloved knows my heart and my life. I just wanted to release the knot of fear in my stomach and stop having imaginary arguments in my head. Every time I tried to articulate what I did want, I got all caught up in what I didn't. When I got home, not only was the situation completely diffused, but I went on to have a wonderful evening with the very person who was "gunning" for me, ready for a fight.
I think just "Thank You. I love You." says it all. But YMMV.

Hi Donna! Feeling good? How could it be wrong? If I may paraphrase an oldie but goodie. . . "If feeling good is wrong, I don't wanna be right. If being right means living without You (my Power), I'd rather live a wrong than a right." tee-hee!
But I know that Carole teaches that we should take the energy we build by feeling good (ahhh, bliss!) and focus it toward something. Not a big thing, really, just taking a moment to feel at one with a particular desire while you are floating in the bliss. It super-energizes them! Which energizes you, which energizes them, which energizes you . . . well, you can see where I'm going with this. It just expands and expands. Nothing beats living in the flow!
