EFT can help you choose not to be as affected by others except when you decide you want to tune in.

I'm so happy to have found this group.

I've been using EFT for two years and have had wonderful results. I really love the simplicity.

I have found that using muscle testing in combination with tapping enables me to clear and shift inner stuff quickly and has greatly reduced the drama load. Which I love. I'm in the process of documenting a standard process which I will share once it's ready, as I would love to get feedback on how well it works.

Looking forward to connecting brilliantly and gracefully with everyone here!

I know I am interested to see what your 'style' is. One of the things I like about Gary Craig is how he allowed people to refine the technique when they found something that worked well for them. In the beginning even he was a bit stiff and then found a more playful way to use his technique.
