Nice to be back! I have found EFT to be incredibly powerful with collapsing deeply entrenched emotions that blocked my path to abundance. It's good to see some light!

David - I repliec in a thread but also want to post here..........saying affirmations while tapping is used by many. Patricia Carrington's choices Method also works beautifully. You can read up on it by checking the link at the top of this page.

I just found a few videos on youtube and it says there that things learned over the first 7 years of your life are put into your subconscious and that's really got me thinking about what I should be trying to remove. At the minute I'm doing blocks for money and with affirmations I've found a whole level of respect for myself; so that's see much progress! Can I just use EFT and say affirmations of how I want my subconscious mind to operate? Any help would mean great deal to me. Thank you.

Hi Morning Star - it would be easier for me to help if you asked your question in a new discussion. Then, if you would give me a few more details.......what specific beliefs you have about the loss. Do you think, even part of the responsibility is yours? Where you feel the loss in your body. Any details you care to share will help me hone in on the beliefs that you can tap on.

Hi Retta,

I've had a lot of success with EFT, and the results have been amazing. However, recently I have had a very sad loss and no matter how many times or ways i do the exercises, there is no change to how i feel about the situation.
Would you have any suggesions please?

Thank you. Yes, to lift my mood, let go of bad memories ( i can feel good when i think about them now), concentrating on my dreams (for the future) because sometimes i feel down, and after watching some videos today i thought about using to change something physically, i didn't read or see any videos on this, but i got rid a bit of puffy eyes, i'm changing my sleeping schedule so my eyes suffer the most, the skin aroud hurt, and after a few times doing EFT it didn't hurt anymore, and also worked (only a bit) for some dar-blackish stains between my eyes and nose, which i think it's thyroid problem, because mom has it.
I recommend the 'phobias' video from emofree in youtube, its really funny and inspiring!

Great to have you here Monica and great to hear you have had success with EFT. Have you tired it for anything besides gaining energy?
