Hello everyone!! I'm new to the group. :)
I just recently discovered EFT and I've started with the free guide that Gary Craig provides over at emofree. The guides makes references to his DVD and I'm considering purchasing them. Does anyone here already own them? If so, do you believe you received your moneys worth?

I really learned how to do EFT with the DVD's. You also get to see Gary evolve the technique through the years. He has grouped them differently now than when I bought mine but the first package is a must for anyone. If you are considering becoming a practitioner, the second group has a ton of information.

I bought all 3 sets like a year ago or so. It is very good and a lot to watch and learn. I think you get more than what you pay compared to other stuff. It is like way over a hundred hours of videos all together.
I do not know what they charge now thought but the first part is the most important to get started and I can also recommend it.
