I am in the process of getting my first Inspired invention patented. The process has been very swift using the law of attraction. I went from idea to a 3d replica and patent application within a week. My invention is set to be able to market within a few weeks. My life has changed so drastically from using the Secret that I want to inspire everyone to dream HUGE dreams... Mine are coming true every day! I am a franchise owner of Life Success Publishing (Bob Proctor's Publishing Company) and am writing my first book called, CASH or CHARGE? yes please..

Hey David
First of all getting your ideas written down and drawn in a book is a great start. I actually bought a spiral notebook and had the first page dated and notorized with a brief description of my invention. (no big secrets) just a general description.
After I had this, i placed all of the ideas I had surrounding my idea.
Then I located an attorney and met with her. I was referred to her so I hired her on the spot.
If you do not know a patent attorney, there are many good ones out there. I would meet with a few of them and then go with your gut.
I am not sure what your idea is but if you require a 3D prototype, I can give you the name of the man who did mine. He is very trust worthy and extremely talented with the program. He built exactly what I had drawn.
From the beginning of this process, I focused on seeing the end at the beginning. By doing that, doors were opened to me very quickly. My rapid results are all because of applying the LOA~All the way!

I have a couple of ideas for retail stores, can you tell me the initial process in getting a patent started? Or, where does one begin?

The really neat thing about having invented this new swing is that I get to use it. Woo hooo! Man is this thing relaxing... I can't begin to describe how good I feel while swaying through the earths gravity... it truly puts me in a very Zen-like state.
If you want one the MSRP is $2.195.00. Plus shipping.
It takes about 20 minutes to set up and it's portable. The first time assembly is a little longer but once its up... it set's up and takes back down very quickly.

This is my secret invention...
It is an all in one beauty caddy complete with electrical outlets and one main power cord. The mirror is lighted and opens and pivots. There are drawers for cosmetics and other personal care items with openings on top for application brushes as well as covered containers for cotton balls, swabs, etc. The openings in the front are for styling tools such as flat irons, curling irons, etc.
additional storage on the sides at the base... I promised I would share and here it is! This is my secret invention. Love, Sherry
