JanMarie...Welcome to our group! There are a variety of ways to make money as a blogger. A variety of approaches depending on your interests and desires. For instance, Amy Bass' course The Niche Blogger shows you how she has earned thousands monthly by setting up several blogs targeting very small niche's (It's a brilliant program and well worth the price) or you can focus on one blog and using it to promote either a product or service you've developed or one that you affiliate yourself with that 'fits' the general tone of your blog.

When I have a bit of time I'll write up some of my thoughts and ideas about earning through blogging. And hope others will add their input!

I'm delighted you're here... and probably went on and on way too much in response to your question in the Spiritual Internet Marketer discussion! LOL

But stick around and ask anything... we'll do our best and it will all come together. Usually it's just a matter of taking A STEP. Any step... and after that step you'll feel your way through... deciding to continue in that direction or turning toward another! It's all good! ;-)

What a great forum, thanks for creating it.

I have been taking care of my disabled father and frail mother, along with my niece and nephew for the last 12 years. I had to give up my job to take care of them and now at 45, its really hard to find the motivation and confidence to go out and work, not to mention that I have lost my skills knowledge because technology has moved on. My situation hasn't really changed either, dad has been in and out of hospital some nine times since last July for strokes, so I can't be missing from home for 8 hours every day.

I can only think that working from home is my solution, but I don't have a clue what I can do. Not only this, but my brain is fried from the stress, so the couple of things I did find were so complicated, I couldn't be bothered to figure them out. I just need something that is simple, pays well so I can get off the bird seed money the government is paying me. (Whinge corner: How the hell does a government expect people to survive, who of no fault of their own have become carers. Someone could be a carer for 20 or more years, how are they meant to survive on less than half a minimum wage. And why should they, when if we dumped our people on their metaphorical laps, it would cost the government billions. Arrrggghhhh!: End Whinge.)

Anyway, if anyone has some knowledge of something simple, which involves minimal outlay, etc, let me know please.

Pamster, I'm also looking for a quick way to make some income while my Internet Biz is launching. I was thinking of trying out SEO Writing/Article Marketing and getting paid per article. I hear you can make $25 to $35 per article as a newbie, and it takes between 20 minutes to 45 minutes per.... http://inkwelleditorial.com/e11-excerpt.htm

Hi Pamster im sorry to hear about your husband and hope he is recovering well. Yes money comes and it goes but you know what i heard that we all have all the tools we need right in front of us we just have to utilise them...and what better than a pc and internet...i shall most certainly share with you what i learn. We are all hear to help one another.
