hi! hope everyone's great. some things that i've held back are really loving a person whenever i'm in a relationship, really loving my-self, speaking-up at the right monments, really letting go and having fun, relaxing and letting the universe do it's thing and taking the time out to really spoil my-self and looking out for # 1. now i release all of the above and start on brand new path to MY HAPPINESS!!!!!

OK.... Finally got a story of someone not holding back. So now I'll post "Wearing Your Heart on Your Head." This was written on February 13 of this year....

I pass by a bunch of high school students doing some kind of fundraiser. Would I like a heart drawn on my face for a dollar?

Sure thing! Only let's be a little more adventerous. I've got a big old drawing surface on the top of my head. Take your best shot!

So Amy is very amused at the process. She picks out blue instead of the usual red, since it'll go better with the shirt I'm wearing that day. She does her best, even adding in a gray outline around the heart. School colors, after all...blue and gray!


And being who I am, I walk out, happy as a clam. My kids love it. My wife tolerates it with a patient smile. I think it's the coolest thing.

So much so in fact that I go out later in the day not remembering it's up there. Wondering why I'm getting funny looks in the supermarket.

In fact it's not until I get to the gym and start to change into workout clothes that I realize it's still there. That explains a few things.


In another time and place I would have been mortified. What self respecting middle aged guy walks around with a drawn heart on top of his bald head?


Well, it's the same self-respecting - actually self LOVING - guy who allowed it to be put there in the first place.


Let me tell you...there's nothing better than being so confident and comfortable in your own skin that you're cool getting those kinds of looks from others. I was really happy I forgot about it being there. How much energy would I have tied up in worrying about it?


My Valentine's wish for you: LOVE. The best kind. Self love.


Also playfulness, ease and an easy kind of confidence.

Hey Brett,

I think what you've got going is great! The only important thing is how you feel about what you're doing. If you need to push through a pain barrier, please appreciate the fact that what you're doing is feeding the highest part of you, coming from a place of service.

I think back to American being built by immigrants, many of whom had great skills but were willing to do whatever it takes to support their dream and their family. Even today you see professionals driving cabs and selling stuff in the streets. You're in good company!

And I'll tell you one more...back when I built my MLM organization I was putting out advertising in public places, sometimes at all hours of the night. I'd put up flyers and people who knew me as a professional counselor would see me. I'd get funny looks. At all times the dominant part of myself was excited and proud of this new adventure, even as I felt I was doing something "below my status"

Whatever you decide Brett, live whatever the next adventure brings. Have a ball!

I got something for you bro, and I could do with some positive vibes from you guys :)

Okay my current situation is like this: I'm sitting here at home waiting for a website to be built for me to provide a service here, but its been fraught with problems its now a year in development, but never mind I know its gonna happen. So my cash stack is running low and I'm getting wound for action, I'm constantly thinking "What can I do to make some cash?" I mean I know about attraction and stuff, but a mans gotta get his hands dirty and I believe in faith and action - you need these two in combo to get anything done.

Well, I live in this beautiful spot in the south of Spain with lovely beaches that get packed with tourists in the summer. So as you know I'm tight on cash at the moment, I got this idea its so simple: I'm going to go and buy a few packs of Coca Cola and sell them on the beach, I know I'm going to have to push through the "Pride pain barrier" but I reckon the money will be worth it. I've done some messing with figures in my head and I reckon I could make more than working a fulltime job and putting up with a bosses crap. I plan to use the cash to slingshot another idea... But first things first hey! So today I'm gonna source some stock, chill it tonight and hit the sand tomorrow to see how it goes... Wish me luck :)
