Olivia I am sorry for your loss and hope your family is well.
I found a first edition hard copy as that is more my comfort zone:)
I also got linked to a fun little site at www.real-wishes.com -they are fun and I it is the process of defining and writing that empowers plus pulling your attention/intention back to center daily

Hi Tim - I've done years of research on the Law of Attraction, Manifestation, Affirmations, Goals etc and it can be overwhelming.

Understand that your mind is a bio-computer...

What I've found is that the subconcious part of your mind is a goal seeking mechanism. It takes orders from the conscious part of your mind. It will scan the environment for ways to bring things about...to move you in the direction of your dream. However, if what you are going after is in conflict to what you've been "programmed" because it's trys to 'keep you safe". Those conflicts come up as negative feelings and doubts. It's basically a matter of reprogramming yourself to believe in what you want...that you can have what it is you desire.

Hence - Affirmations. The only issue with affirmations, is you may feel like what you are affirming is not true, so you have a hard time believing it.

The Power Switch System reprograms your subconcious without the conflict, so your beliefs are being changed and formed at a deeper level.
