A really great benefit of eating raw is that once you get accustomed to looking at all the options for eating raw,it is easy to eat new and exciting meals everyday for years.Another benefit of eating raw is the amount of time i pick up each day by using much less prep time to prepare a meal.I use less electric,less propane,less time doing dishes,less garbage,my animals dine on most all of my leftovers.Peace and love,,,jim

I am manifesting abundance and perfect health. I feel that high raw is the best for my mind and body. For me, simple is better with a blend of fruits and veggies, raw of course. I going to enjoy this group!!
