Hi Shainaa, Meditation is not called “B”. It is part of the name “Johnny B”. I was reacting on his comment just as I’m reacting on your comment now. Meditation is called Regression and how to do it? Well, there are CDs out there for self regression. I like the one from Dr Brian Weiss. It will take you to the space between, where you can meet your angels and guides. It’s easy and it’s working. You can also visit professional hypnotherapist.

Hi Johnny B. Meditation is a very good way to see, hear of feel your guides. I hold workshops on how to get in touch with your angels and guides and the most effective way is Regression – Hypnosis. It’s not as scary as it sounds. It is very deep guided meditation, where the voice of instructor guides you usually to the garden and you can meet your guides there. If you don’t have a time or $ to visit a professional just do it yourself. There are very good books and CDs out there. My favorites are from Dr Brian Weiss. Good Luck.

I want to get back in connection, consciously with a major spirit guide.
I was for a few years and then I detected this great spirit guide and asked for a meeting in a dream. Well it was granted and because of my own limitation I was surprised when the meeting took place in this dream.
Since then my great spirit guide has been low key with me, and I wonder if it is because of my mistake during an inner-connection meeting.
He is a man, dressed in kinda labor/casual clothes, reads the paper as he was in this event in the dream, and is about 57 years old looking to my perception at the time. But I know who he is and know he still is with me, just not entering into direct contact with me so far. But I do receive guidance and feel some comes from him.

How do you suggest I create the event to meet with my
great spirit guide again, and be prepared?

2 years ago, through quiet meditation (I do not meditate very often) I was able to discover my 2 closest guides/guardian angels. A female named Margot and a male named Jeremiel. Their names just came to me. I did ask them to identify themselves to me and they did. Open your mind and ask and they will answer. I know that I do have other angels and my star seed family with me, as well, but I feel that these 2 angels are directly responsible for taking care of me. .

I hope you dont think I'm a nutcase but I read the comment about seeing Crows and I've always held this belief to myself for fear of being put into a mental hospital - I believe spirits come to us as Crows. I can even feel who they are. It frightens me but I'm am pretty sure they are spirits.

Hope I'm welcomed here and not ridiculed like so many of my family would (can't pick them now can I)
