I was wondering if anyone uses switchwords with EFT, and if so HOW do you do it?

how do you phrase it and tap at the same time?

just curious, im on such a mission to stop self sabotage and limiting beliefs, i deserve to be happy and too have happy things happen for me. WE all do!

EFT and Switchwords seemingly go hand in hand, although using EFT would be better used by giving ones self affirmations like what you wrote above when you said, "i deserve to be happy and too have happy things happen for me."

In fact, those kind of affirmations are the best because it is something that you actually came up with all by yourself rather than something that someone else wrote.

Switchwords can definitely help there and so can EFT, but the most effective way to get a handle on self sabotage is to simplly CHANGE, and there is one of the most imprtant SWs to use to PUT and end to limited thinking and thoughts that plague the mind even from when we were children and before.

You can CHANGE your thinking whenever you like and one of the best ways to do that is CHANGE what you are saying to yourself. Try this one which comes from Abraham-Hicks: "Nothing matters more to me than that I feel good." Say that one 108 times a day and just experience the CHANGE in your life.
