Patra reminds me of the power of Praise
So last night I did a radio interview with the awesome Patra.
I am brand new and I will post when you can hear our show. Patra did an amazing job discussing the switchwords to create more beauty in ourselves.
She said that she has put the word up on her mirrors.
As you know praise is to make you beautiful and to stop finding fault with others.
So I needed this word at this time in my life and am already feeling the benefits of saying it today with my morning walk.
She says she also uses it during exercise and is getting great results. Using Leverage

You know, each one I use is "my favorite". Praise is definitely "my favorite". And might be "the most important switchword EVER!!"

I've got nothing if I don't have enthusiasm.
I've been using it for about a year, very consistently. It's a great programing for finding value in ourselves, by first finding it in others. A back door way in to self-esteem that seems to really stick. And the best part is...you just can't help but fall in love with humanity in general, when you naturally just find no fault with them. Any excuse to feel love will do...it just feels good.

I must say I have been using it for a couple days now and am getting very good results. It is one of my favs now also. BTW the interview with Patra sounds amazing and as soon as it is up I will tell ya'll.

So today a friend is having serious problems getting along with a peer group. She was very angry and Praise came to mind immediately.
I explained to her that if she said Praise she would stop finding fault with them.
Well she did not seem very interested so I said no more.
Later that evening she called to tell me that it worked like a charm and thanks for the idea.
I said what happened. She said that when "they" were being mean to her she would say Praise to herself and she just stopped caring and poof they all started having fun.
Wow talk about being in your power.
