SWITCHWORDS AND GREEN SMOOTHIES
I would LOVE to share the wonderful experience I am having in the weight loss department. I am combining Green Smoothies and SWITCHWORDS with tremendous results. Kim set me on both paths and the combination of the two are amazing. I started drinking Green Smoothies on a daily basis approximately a month ago. I was feeling such a positive shift in my body and my well being that I was inspired to add SWITCHWORDS to my "diet plan". I choose a phrase coined by Divine Charm....TOGETHER DIVINE ORDER PRAISE CURVE that I chant to myself while I am preparing the smoothie and as I sip the drink I use I AM slender, DIVINE PRAISE, DIVINE CURVE , when I finish the Smoothie I say DIVINE THANKYOU. Throughout the day I use any and all of the above SWITCHWORDS as I am grooming, or catch a glimpse of my reflection, or if the thought of weight enters my thoughts. I am so happy to report that I have lost 8 lbs. without any other changes to my eating habits.

Thats Great Divine Love, Can you give me how to prepare of Green smoothies as i too require to loose a few kilos. Give me a few options as the ingredients should be available in Mumbai, India.Also only Chanting of these Switchwords will help loosing a few pounds?

Yes, I am having good results with the Switchwords, I also bless my food prior to consuming.
Kim has some great videos on preparing Green Smoothies and also on what ingredients to use. Maybe Kim can post them here or direct you to them.
