Free daily affirmation text

Hello!

I'm a big fan of affirmations and they've helped me change my life in huge ways. About a year an a half I started sending my friends and family daily affirmation texts in the mornings and I hear such great feedback I decided to share it with the WORLD.

I'm running a Louis Hay Boot Camp (free) and part of it is the affirmation texts along with daily tasks. If you are interested in receiving the text, please see how here.

I think affirmations are extremely useful....we use them the actually all the time (our thoughts that we generate repetitively), yet sometimes, if we're not careful we can get caught in a negative cycle of negative affirmations ("I can't", "I'm not able", etc...); the simple trick is to turn those around into positive ones -- I CAN, I AM ABLE, I AM A LIMITLESS BEING, ETC.....

In the process of creating these positive affirmations we sometimes find blockage -- don't forget to align your BELIEFS! ;) If there are past beliefs, future visualizations, something not working for you in your life RIGHT NOW, then CHANGE IT, REALIGN, RESTRUCTURE....and tell yourself along the way that YOU CAN......that's part of these positive affirmations, too! :-) (Making sure that EVERYTHING you tell yourself you can truly believe!)
