i recently was told on 11 november at 11.11 pm ther was meant to be some cosmic flow of energy happening , however i didnt really bother to take much notice n went to sleep instead....

Jodi Bhagwan bana ke bhejta hai, this is true, but the greater practical
truth on the individual plane is your karma creates the jodi or your
soul mate.
If you have karmic connection as a soul mate then if there are
unfulfilled desires, and experiences that the souls need to go through
to transcend the need for it, then the souls in this birth also will
come together and work again giving each other happiness and unhappiness.

For example I think I have met my soulmate, as as soon as we met nearly 2 years ago, despite not saying much I just felt this energy around and telling me 'keep looking' 'keep looking'...so we sort of got to know each other then we split up as I was so negative at the start & one day I just said 'universe give me a sign' and later that day I checked my right hand, in my palm the lines spell out the word 'Alex' which is my soulmates name. It freaked me out so much, I've looked at my palm hundreds of times since and I can see the name clear as day, also the way its written it looks exactly like my handwriting - I have very specific arty handwriting. Since that moment I see the name 'Alex' every single day without fail, on Tv, in newspapers, online, people talk to me and say the name, everywhere - around 20 times some days. We aren't together, so I have no idea if we're soulmates or not...maybe so, like you say if we can survive many rebirths then it could be true that I was always heading for that meeting. Unfortunately we don't live in the same country and haven't seen each other in a year, so I wouldn't know...I've tried to make sense of it but it's crazy in it's own way. I'm just open to the idea of it being anybody now as I feel I'm so atatched to this idea it's maybe my own creation. May check out that book, thank you.

In Huna thinking nothing is destined, the only time that exists is now. What you are experiencing now is a perfect reflection of your current thoughts, feelings and behaviours. If you meet a person whose thoughts are not in sync with yours then somewhere your toughts, beliefs and desires are out of sync.
Ho'oponopono is a process (there are various versions) for looking at the reflection and straightening out the relationship between different parts of yourself or different sets of beliefs that get activated by your current focus.
We have rules about how relationships "should" be and the relationship that we have or don;t have reflects those. As you clarify and redefine your rules then your relationships change, people change their behaviour or fade out of your life and new ones appear to match the new you. As you get this feedback consciously make new and better choices to replace the subconscious habit patterns that you see reflected externally.

You need to keep doing things like meditating and going within, It is a skill that is developed. One pointer though, is that it should come from a place of feeling DEEP self love and trust, not low self esteem and fear. Until self love is deep, a lot of your urges will not be the highest. So, work on loving yourself and that will help you develop better intuition.
