You are very right. This is because, like you said, the answer exists on a higher frequency than where you are now. That means if you feel good you vibrate to a higher frequency, that same high frequency where clarity and joy lives.
You cannot focus upon the question and receive the answer. They are different vibrations. You cannot focus upon the problem and receive the solution. It's just not the same vibe.
Generally, what i do, is focus upon the question..Get it really clear…
