oh man i hate those jerks who talk and are completely oblivious to other people talking or anything going on, because they are so self imbelished.

- What are your Powerful Intentions?
- I love to express myself through writing, being out in nature, and working with plants.
My main goal is being a great role model for my kids. I love mothering! Becoming a mother has inspired me to grow even more in all ways, body mind and soul. As I experienced this wonderful transformation I realized that I want to inspire other moms to maintain (or find) their authenticity as well! I hope to help them have direction, purpose, and inspire their wild creativity- all this alongside their kids! As I learn and grow I want to teach others along my journey. My goal is to give moms the tools and inspiration to be fulfilled, find their passion and purpose. I love to share my knowledge with others about herbs and holistic medicine.
My passion is holistic health. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, herbalist and nutrition consultant. I graduated from The American College Of Health Sciences (receiving my Master Herbalist Diploma and Holistic Nutrition certification in 2005) I received my massage license from East West college of the Healing arts of in 2003. I teach holistic courses online and in my community.

I am THANKFUL that I no longer embrace some of my earlier childhood beliefs such as:
