I like to store notes in a thin tube so that they're circular. The idea is that when you spend money it returns just like a circle that goes out then comes back.

On thoughts of Freedom and Peace
I went to the supermarket the other day. I am an anglo australian, christened in the Church of England. Where I live is a relatively large Jewish community. They are lovely, peaceful and gentle people.
In the supermarket the other day, the boy at the checkout was Hamid and the boy at the register next to him was wearing a Jewish prayer yarmulke. If this could be Israel and Palestine. Each boy happy in his job and happy to be working side by side.

Tibet is not forgotten
I wish to make this post for Tibet. For it is a beautiful nation. With its own people, its own history and its own character.
The human rights violations that have occurred in Tibet, especially over the past 8 years seem to have been put aside whilst we fight Iraq and global warming. Whilst we compete in the international markets for all we desire.

Candle 4 Tibet -
Along with many other cities around the world, Melbourne held a small but meaningful vigil for the people of tibet.
A candlelight vigil on the steps of the State Library was alight with hope and love for those suffering from human rights abuses.
Australian tibetans gently sung the mantra Om me ne huong. One chinese student nervously accepted a candle and stood with the tibetans. A couple of Chinese nationalists passed and unbelievably gave the vigil the finger. Members of the vigil went about… Continue

Sunday life
Today was a bit of a mixed day.
A morning disagrement with my partner opened a different understanding of our relationship.
A walk to take part in national tree day, we plant trees for the environment sponsored by planet ark.
By the time I got to the tree planting, it was all over, but at least I made the effort and the walk was
worth it.
Did a bit of grocery shopping and have cooked my first Osso Bucco. It tastes superb!! ( Thats from sampling the stock.)

Life aways gets better!!
Its been a quiet but interesting weekend. I have got some study done and have my digital camera on the way to help me finish my journalism course, sell some things on ebay and take some lovely nature photos.
