- Christian Rogelin graduated from the Université de Droit d’Assas in Paris ( France ). His experience in the business world as a CEO of several companies coupled with a successful practice led to the launching more than thirty years ago of a coaching career as a Life Coach, Business Coach and Mental Sports Coach in Europe and later in the United States and Canada.
Christian Rogelin developed a simple and efficient coaching method, accessible by all, regardless of age or background. His method is the cornerstone of his coaching and stems from years of research and experience which is explained in several books, the latest one being YES TO LIFE! It has become a bestseller, a simple tool to use to become conscious and lead a creative life.
His coaching allows anyone to experiment of how to truly live life in full consciousness through the discovery of:
- How our mind works
- How we function and how the world in which we live functions.
- Our relationship to our own self and how it then affects our relationship to others and life in general.
- How to define and write our personal and/or professional goals.
His coaching gives the tools to create one’s life with more consciousness in alignment with one’s wishes.

Arlette Rogelin graduated from l'Institut d'Etudes Politiques of Strasbourg, France. She went on to continue her studies in the United States where she graduated from John F. Kennedy University in California with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. It was the beginning of a long research into other modalities and ways to understand the psyche before starting a practice as a Life and Business Coach.
She was trained in Christian Rogelin’s coaching method YES TO LIFE! before partnering with him eight years ago.
Depending on the type of coaching, the sessions or meetings can take place in our offices, or can be done over the phone, via Skype, video conferences or directly within the company or business. The coaching method is tailored to the specific needs of each situation in order to reach the desired goals
