Gary Craig's genius was to greatly simplify Roger Callahan's work. Then David Lake and Steve Wells made EFT much more user friendly when they created SET. No setups, no reminder phrases, can use finger tapping effectively, do daily tapping.

Caffeine can be a downer. Yes I was drinking quite a bit of caffeine on a daily basis and suffering chest pain. I even had ekg's, a stress test, an echo cardiogram. No cause for the chest pain. When I stopped all caffeine the chest pain went away....
