Our Emotional Energy and It's Far Reaching Power
Yesterday afternoon (Portland Oregon around 3:30 PM) my husband and I parked our SUV on a side street in our fair city deciding to take our two dogs for a urban walk up and down the streets of Portland. It was cold and quite foggy but still we were truly enjoying our walk through the crowded streets. Today I am working from home and it has given me a lot of time to think about the holidays and I have to say I am surprising myself.
I am finding that in my efforts to evolve and to learn how to live in gratitude for all things my whole concept about Christmas has changed.
