THE SEVEN PILLARS OF HEALTH
1. EAT/DRINK HEALTHY 90 PERCENT OF THE TIME, 10 PERCENT OF THE TIME EAT WHATEVER BUT DON’T PIG OUT. MODERATION. SUPPLEMENT WITH GOOD VITAMINS. EAT MORE RAW (fruits and veggies).
