- Dr. Karen Kan (formerly Guenette) is a medical doctor and holistic health healer who had been in an unfulfilling relationship for 16 years - the result of which was a serious disabling illness. Through connecting with spirit and healing herself, Dr. Karen discovered the law of attraction and set about manifesting her perfect dream partner.
She successfully manifested her dream love/figure skating partner (a rare combination) and now teaches the system she used to do it. Cox said… - Milk is sooo much better and useful than alcohol, as a beverage anyways: alcohol is very harmful to body, especially brain, whereas milk is very nutritional even as cure for chronic illness and weight control/loss(eg Milk Cure used in early 1900's; Milk Diet used for weight loss &/or maitenance). Every one I know who consumes alcohol regularly is unhealthy(even if drink milk also); those who drink milk routinely and little or no alcohol are much healthy especially overall wellness(ie emotionally, mentally & spiritually). Alcohol was originally used as anesthetic(early civilization) then as antiseptic both of which are/were best use; has same affect/effect when ingested thus damage and harm to body. Milk has always been used for health and nutrition though mass production of cow's milk has made it somewhat harmful to most(due to way processed & produced) and unhealthy for some(due to allergy &/or lactose intolerance). Goat and sheep milk were most used in early civilization thus most suited for human body; use of cow's milk became more common with increase of human population due to easier husbandry and production of larger volumes. Recent return to more natural and organic farming has greatly improved quality thus "milk does do a body good", externally(eg skin care) and internally----in many ways!!!
