Lol I don't know! It kind of surprised me I guess (especially the first time) But that's basically all I did, affirm over and over every time I thought about my weight, I think I did eat a little less junk food than usual lol.

Well most times that I weigh myself on our digital scale (and they say that these are the most accurate! ol) I find that I weigh about 133 or so. Sometimes when it gets to 136 I start to affirm to myself over and over again that I weigh 120 or 119...
