- I am a woman, I am more powerful than I know, I am blessed with abundance in every area of my life and I receive loving guidance on a daily basis which creates richness and wisdom in my experience. I am loved and I am love.
Aside from that, I am entering a new phase in my life, I'm struggling to be the best person I can be. I fall short of my own expectations sometimes but I'm learning to love myself anyway. I'm learning to accept other people falling short of my expectations too and maybe trying not to expect so much. I have a lot of loving friends for mutual support. I love animals, fast cars, beautiful scenery, the ocean, learning, reading, music of all kinds, and helping people, however that shows up.

My "Accidental" Manifestations
So... a few months ago I began cutting out pictures for a new and different Vision Board because I was getting ready to turn over a new leaf, leave a relationship behind and move forward in a challenging career position. As Lionel reported in his recent newsletter, happiness is contagious.
In his words,
"Happiness can be contagious. This is the discovery that Nicholas
Christakis, Harvard University medical sociologist, with James Fowler,
a political scientist at the University of California, San Diego, have
co-authored. Christakis said: 'Happiness is like a stampede. Whether
you're happy depends not just on your own actions and behaviors and
thoughts, but on those of people you don't even know. The things that
we do and the things that we feel are going to reverberate throughout
our social network.'
They found that when someone gets happy, that person's friend
experiences a 25 percent increased chance of becoming happy. A friend
of that friend experiences a nearly 10 percent chance of increased
happiness, and a friend of that friend has a 5.6 percent increased
chance of happiness. Fowler said, "I'm not just going to make my sons
happy, I could potentially make my sons' friends happy. These little
things I thought I was doing for myself turn out to be for hundreds of
people.'" (The study appears in the British Medical Journal on
Thursday, December 11).
