Yes, I really love afformations. For me they have been the easiest for me to do and to remember to do.

I was doing this too. Afformations are just like affirmations and the LOA. It needs to be as if it has already happened. Just like RF911 is saying. I like it!

Its doing the opposite of what we have been doing. If you think of how many times you say 'why me?' like RF911 says throughout a day and instead change it to a positive question. Then the answer through you and LOA has to come to you.

I feel my lips being fuller or my skin being smoother, etc, and I try to feel as if I already have these changes. Sadly, I had fallen into a slump and I haven't changed anything else :( But, I'm here to get out of that and to keep chasing my dreams. I don't have pics, but I do have starter pics that I'm keeping for reference. My best advice would be to stay brave! Know in your heart that this is right and have faith. I Believe:
I believe ~ that either you control your attitude or it controls you.
