Do you ever notice most of us continue to go against the stream of our own well being?

What are your thoughts on taking the path of least resistance? Do you think it’s avoidance of the things you think you should be doing, by “taking the easy way out”? Happy Absolutely Fabulous Women
I just read an article in the Las Vegas Review Journal stating that women’s happiness is plummeting. This article is referring to several major studies made over the past forty years that show women’s overall level of happiness has dropped and that men are getting happier. A blog written by Marcus Buckingham, a former Gallup researcher and author, states that the studies indicate that women begin life more satisfied, but as women age, become less happy.
