Bob proctor says YOUR PRESENT RESULTS ARE IRREVELANT BECAUSE ITS THE PAST.
In other words what you have or are experiencing is the some total of past thoughts which you thought about and attracted. using the laws of attraction and vibration.
Vibration is the feeling applied to your emotions. If the thoughts are negative you are said to be in a negaative vibration or the opposit positive vibrations. The universe is always for expansion good positive vibes.
