I found the best way to contact your spirit guide was find a nice quiet place where you can be free from distractions. You should probably do a sage smudging and only ask for those who are there for your highest and best interest to come through for you. Let your mind wander and just take in the quietness of the moment. If you believe in a higher power or Angels, ask them to be there for you for protection as well. You can go through your body and tighten each muscle (yes, every muscle, including your face, hands, etc.), then let it relax one at a time. You can play some soft music in the background (such as meditation music) and let your body just relax completely. Once the background chatter from your mind settles, ask your guide to come to you and give a name. You may not get the answer right away and most times the answers do come when you're between your dream state and awake. It can come audibly or like a voice in your head, but you know it's not your own thoughts. If they come through, but don't give you a name right away, don't worry. They don't always have to be called by a name, but they are just happy to have you acknowledge them. Talk to them and see what happens in time. Good luck. It can take some time and you just need to believe. They are always there even if you don't feel or hear them.

So, yesterday my mind was all chatter about the current invents that happen at my job. I decided I wasn't going to let it worry me because what every happen yesterday no body else was going to worry about it either. I have finally found a part time job. I know that better things a heading my way. I just applied to a much highly better job I know things are going to work out for me in the long run.
