If you live near anyone that does Neuro Linguistic Programming
which is in line with Hypnotherapy it can really help you uncover
limiting beliefs and get rid of them quickly.
Sometimes an energy session can help bring to your concious mind old beliefs that no longer serve you and help you let go of them.
EFT can help too. It doesn't work for me but everyone is different.
