I love to learn, read, listen to music, cook great food, throw great parties, meet cool & interesting people, talk and learn spirituality, psychology, philosophy, poetry, science, technology, global warming, Capitalism 3.0, LOHAS, Spiral Dynamics, Integral Humanity, Law of Attraction and the groovy edges of life.

Ok - so my starting weight is actually 2 pounds higher than I had hoped for. Why? THANKSGIVING!!! LOL! This means instead of needing to lose 20 pounds, I need to lose 22 pounds. Well, upon weighing in on Saturday I was dismayed - even slightly depressed....

Just to let you know that there is a CD out called "Positive Attraction", with all the affirmations of the Law of Attraction put into song. You can now sing to your believes whenever, wherever.
