FORGIVENESS THE KEY
If one is blocked in any area of their lives they need only look at who or what they need to forgive.
When I first really heard this from Catherine Ponder (should be required reading) I was like "DUH" this makes total sense. I have lately explained to my children who I want to instill all their powers that we do not forgive others for their benefit but we forgive for our own selfish purposes. Forgiving everyone in our lives frees us up to our BLISS and for me there is nothing else .

WHAT IS IN YOUR SKINCARE ???
I have in the last years become very aware of what is in my skincare and personal care products. Did you know that none of the ingredients used in these products has to be approved by the FDA. Not that they are the final word but this makes manufacturers much less concerned about what they use.
Did you know that your skin is your biggest organ and it is absorbing everything we put on our bodies? It goes straight into the bloodstream. So I want to be educated and use the purest products.

RAW FOODS FOR RAISED VIBRATION.
I have gone RAW twice im my years and it is always a beautiful, mind expanding experience.
I am ready to return to adding more and more RAW fruits and vegtables in my diet to enhance my mind and energy.
This time I want more balance. No all or nothing mentality for me this time. If I want abundant energy and clarity I will go for more RAW food and if I want a cookie then I will have a cookie.

Discard everything from your experience that is not essential to your now. If you could release those things you are not wearing; release those things you are not using, release them and leave your experience in a clearer place - then the things that are in harmony with who you are now will more easily flow into your experience.
