From watching the Secret
I was led to an amazing website that shows an astounding technique for having your own body heal its self. I have always been drawn to the un-usual and this was certainly the most unusual thing I have ever seen.
What was great about the amazing find was that from this website they showed you how you could try and learn this technique FREE... how cool was that lol. They have a free PDF that you can download and it shows you exactly how the technique is done and how to perform it on your self.
But when I seen this technique, I laughed and said to my self, how crazy is this. Because it did look crazy to me at the time, but I just had to try it. I thought, there must be something to it if they are letting you try it for free.
At the time I had a very painful bump on the back of my tongue, right beside my tooth. It made it very hard for me to eat, talk or swallow. So, I read the part of the manual where it shows exactly what to do and say, and I did this technique on my self. To my amazement and surprise, within 5 minutes,
the pain just eased away and I felt the bump get smaller until it was gone.
I was alone in the house, I jumped out of my chair because it scared me lol. I said to my self, how could that happen with the little simple movements I just did. That painful bump went away and never came back. I knew I had to know more about this unbelievable thing that I just made happen, just with my hands.

Since trying it the first time, Ive used it on my sinus infection, and I have really bad ones. The infection was gone the next day and stayed gone. I didn't have to take the antibiotic. It’s Important to Always Keep Changing
