What I want...
I want so deeply, so very deeply, to feel confidence and love for myself. To accept myself as I am, right now, no matter what. I have judged myself for feeling overwhelmed, anxious and scared. Believing in the Good
My intention is to believe in the Good that is. In this world right now there is so much around to support the fear and I sometimes have to work very hard in resisting going there. I know that fear generally stems from control..wanting to control the outcome so that I can feel safe. I realize the fallacy of this. I very much strive to focus on my goals and intentions rather than going to the "what if that doesn't happen, what if this...ect."
