Here's a little trick I use to help me visualize..I took a picture of an actual lottery winner from the net, cut their head out and inserted my head from a pic and changed the name and amount shown on the check to suit me and have lef…

Thanks and actually that's great idea, because eventhough I did that, I still know it's not my body. I'm going to try your suggestion. Thanks so much. I'll tell you though I have been noticing little changes, and my husband has too. I am just grateful for any change. As a new mom I had a hard time with the weight gain at the begining, but I think slowly and surely my stars are aligning.

Ok so I tried your visualization trick with weight loss. I made a model of myself the size I would like to be, and put my head on it so it actually looks like a thin me...and I am starting to see a difference.
