Morning Musings
When the sun come up each morning I'm reminded that, for ancient peoples, this daily cycle was in a very real sense seen as the daily death and rebirth of light and life. There a lot of advice one hears about being in the moment. Much of the focus of meditation is about being present in the moment. All fine and good and, as many will testify a great way to let so called problems fall away and find peace and relaxation, if only briefly.
