Be specific! Read that again Be Specific! You have to become a writer of sorts. You have to put the detail in what you want. This takes effort. For some who have never been in love it could be even tougher. This is where your imagination is key. As I write this I am sitting in my condo with pandora playing enya style music and a candle burning next to me. April 15, 2008 I was probably lying in the dark in my brother's basement with a fan blaring. I live a weird lifesyle I work nights and sleep days. I do comedy when I feel like it. February 15 2008 to March 2008 A month to month account of my journey on the Secret !
One thing I would add to the Secret is keep moving. Find an exercise that you like, that you will do on a regular basis and get to it. During these months of little to no journaling I know that I was always a member of a gym. Actually this is where I feel most comfortable in life. This is my church, my refuge. So find yours.
