Writing a Letter
Yesterday, I read a chapter from Louise Hay's book called critical thinking. It discussed how you judge yourself or others starting with how you observed your parents judge and criticize. There was a part that discussed anger and how you deal with anger. I have always been the type to hold in my anger for the most part. Finding the perfect home
I've lived in Cincinnati for two years now. During those two years, my boyfriend and I have shared a one-bedroom apartment. As you can imagine, we're a little tight for space. We've started talking about finding a house. I've been very excited and looking online for the lastest houses available. Having fun with my inner child
I've gone through several of Louise Hay's affirmations and decided to do something a little different. I've been reading You Can Heal Your Life Companion Book. I recently finished the exercise called: Have fun with your inner child. She talks about how when we are in a state of anxiety or fear we abandon our inner child. "I say 'out' to every negative thought that comes to my mind No person, place, or thing has any power over me, for I am the only thinker in my mind. I create my own reality and everyone in it." I thought this affirmation is very true. I don't find myself to be a negative thinker, but I do from time to time, have negative thoughts creep up. Today I am going to focus on saying "out" when this happens. Have a great day!
