- About Me:
- Revelatio is the brainchild of BigBee of the Whitetree. He is the lead creator and director of the music and art.

Revelatio- It can be dreamy or introspective or sometimes a combination of both. Acoustic to ethereal Revelatio takes you inward on a journey in visual audio. Ambient textures of delay surround the songs as the Vocal sits in a dark landscape of inner realization. Original Artwork complements the expression and communication known as Revelatio. The music feeds the art and the art feeds the music
Currently a new album is in the works to be released October of 2009 with some local shows in the Northwest to share the music.
Revelatio has released 2 studio albums thus far. Each CD is approached like a painting. The recording is to stand alone as is. The finished project is never to be replicated but rather re-interpreted in the live performance. The songs are a fluid form that is ever changing and re-arranging.
Revelatio Releases:
“Roaming the Wilderness” April 2006- was written & recorded in Maine on an old apple orchard that was being restored during the making of the album. The cd is a journey into the part of the self that is unknown. More about "Roaming the Wilderness here.
“Finding the Now” November 2007- A double CD conceptual audio adventure. The recording of this album started in a geodesic dome at Joshua Tree National Park. For 30 days writing and recording was done around the clock as the groundwork and concept came to life. Additional song writing was done as BigBee of the Whitetree traveled through out the Northwest with his wife and 2 daughters. The final recording took place in both Maine and New Hampshire. This mindful album was released November 2007, and can be bought in digital format or the full package in hard copy here. The complete concept of the 2 CDs is listed in the following paragraphs.
The first disk, referred to as Disk A “The Plastic Factory”, is about a man who works in a factory. This factory makes plastic parts for a wide variety of things. They range from plastic bases for cakes to plastic pieces used inside of bombs. The songs on this disk take place at the factory. The audio is industrial, intense and spacey. The dynamics move from sparse to a complete wall of sound.
Disk A starts with the man finding a cryptic message on a post it note in the mechanical room it states, “are you living life as a victim to circumstance?” He ponders this as he gets back to work. We continue to follow the man throughout his day concluding with him drifting off to sleep during the graveyard shift. In his sleep he has a dream. This dream reveals to him that he is in control of his destiny. He realizes that our thoughts control the future. The last song in this industrial environment fades out with just a vocal and guitar.
Disk B “The Path” begins as our man takes this new wisdom from his dream and walks out of the factory to start a new life. He leaves his past behind and takes to the open road. He starts in the desert and then travels to the mountains finishing at the sea. The songs narrate his adventures and lessons he is learning on the path to liberation. He is releasing his grip on attachment and opening his eyes to divine consciousness along the way.
The music on Disk B complements this journey by being sparse and organic. It contains drums, bass, guitar, piano, fiddle and trumpet. The playing is very basic and the melodies are simple ones that a child could sing. The 13 songs document the mans attraction towards self-empowerment and inner strength. The disk concludes with the man “Finding the Now”.

It is all about perspective
Today I am looking at how perspective can change your immediate vibration in the "now". Yesterday an injury happened to my arm while lifting weights.
