- About Me:
- I am 43 years old.I am a member of Soka Gakhai International Buddhist movement. The SGI aims to foster humanistic principles.The purpose of this Budhist practice is to overcome our sufferings and become absolutely happy. To reveal our innate buddha nature and transform any situation into a source for our human growth and potential. I have practiced for 20 years and I have developed myself in so many ways by having the courage, wisdom and compassion to challenge my fears, my sadness, my karma. I have been interested in energy healing , health and well being for the past 15 years. The interest began when in 1993 I studied at University for a B A Hons Sociology and Health Studies, during that time I explored different approaches to health and well being. I went on to practice Reiki 1 & 2 . Energy medicine fascinated me and I went on a journey to explore and develop myself and help others. I have been working in health care for over 20 years and a year ago I began my EFT training which has changed my life. I have worked through lots of things about myself and I feel happier and freer than I have ever felt before.
