- About Me:
- I am a Flower essence practitioner I have been working with Flower Remedies for over 25 years. I received my formal training from the Bach International Education Program of the Bach Center in England and am a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner.
For those of you who do not know, Flower Essences are a type of homeopathic remedy made predominantly from the flowers of various types of plants, trees and bushes. Flower essences are a form of energy medicine, they work on a vibrational level to bring the whole system into balance.
Flower essences are non-toxic, non-addictive FDA approved and entirely integrative with all other healing therapies including prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, supplements, acupuncture, herbs, and homeopathic remedies. Flower Essences have absolutely no side affects. Unlike some homeopathic remedies, coffee, toothpaste, mint… won’t interfere with the ability of the essence to work. They are even safe for infants.
Dr. Bach who originally discovered flower essences believed that all illness and disease was caused by negative thoughts and emotional states, Flower essences address these negative states by bringing you back into a balanced mental and emotional state which in turn heals physical illness.
