Gratitude is very different to appreciation

Sometimes there are long-standing feelings of gratitude within people that = trip them up, because when you feel grateful you are looking right at the p= roblem that you overcome.

So when you feel gratitude because someone pulled you out of poverty, or yo= u feel gratitude because someone liberated you in some way, that very grati= tude is laced with the vibration of overcoming something unwanted and it is= responsible for some sticking stuff in your vibration.

Gratitude leans resistance-ways, appreciation leans allowing-way.

In other words, they are two very different vibrations.

Appreciating your Body

If you will start appreciating your body, just for the sake of appreciating= it, not for the ulterior motive of getting it whipped into shape, but just= for the reasons of appreciating it. If you would just breathe on purpose a= nd smell delicious air on purpose and bask in the beauty of the day on purp= ose and revel in the dexterity of your body on purpose and feel the vitalit= y of your body on purpose and appreciate your body on purpose, you’ll start= tuning yourself to that vibrational escrow image of yourself and your body= must follow the vibrational suit, it just has to.
