I haven't been ignoring you, it's just been a bit crazy and I had to reread your post a few times on my profile. I think as long as you're a legal citizen then you can write for sites such as eHow as long as you have a paypal account and file taxes in the States. You can also try freelance sites such as Examiner, Suite 101, Helium, and even start your own blog to earn even more money. I haven't done the blogging for money thing yet, but supposedly you can make quite a bit of money niche blogging as long as you know how to market it.
I currently work as the National Youth Travel Examiner for Examiner. Feel free to check out some of my articles since it's pay per page view (eHow is pay per advertisement click and they track who is clicking, so no cheating). Also, if you do sign up for Examiner tell them that I recommended you. You can find my info on the National Youth Travel Examiner page. You can also use Demand Studios (the main site for eHow) and write for them for around $15 an article.
I hope this gives you some ideas!

Thanks for the comment. I believe that it depends on the person, and what the issues are. For me, EFT worked for a couple of things, but only temporarily. Because Paths delivers the instructions directly to the subconscious, completely by-passing the conscious mind, I've found it more direct and, for me, a lot more effective.
